The Virtual-Naturism Magazine, is not about virtual naturism. Its title is due to it being a virtual naturist magazine, which means it is published solely by electronic means. It deals with Naturism in the real world and the real world of naturism!

We pass now to the instructions for the use of the magazine, by its subscribed readers:
to receive your first issue, write your details and send them in a new message without any other content. Subject line should be: "Subscribe" Its done! You are now ready to receive your magazine.

If you do not want not to continue receiving the magazine, you will have to write in a new message: "erase me" in the subject line. You should keep in mind that your e-mail address has to be the same one with which you used to initially register with, or the process cannot automatically be executed. In this case, you should re-send all your details, this also avoids others unsubscribing you from the magazine.

There are no provisions at the moment to re-publish previous issues by electronic means. These may be published in years end using other distribution means. More details on this matter will be made known at some time during the year of this current publication.

To use the magazine interactively, you will need the use of a web browser, example: I. Expolorer V3+, Netscape V3+ or any compatible browser compatible with HTML 3.00 and to go to the page: http://www.paradise-web.com/plus/plus.mirage?who=virtualnaturist to write your comments or short messages, or to the page http://www.pergatory.com/chat/data/virtualnaturistcom/login.html to carry out chats in real time with other readers of the magazine.

Keep in mind that all those that decide to receive their magazine in HTML format, will receive at the same time: images included with the publication. These will always be, due to the limit imposed by the internet, of low resolution and relatively few quantities. You will also receive a music file, which will always be the smallest possible size. And to complete the multimedia experience of the magazine, video will be published once or twice a year, with video clips of low resolution and of an inferior size of 1,5 Mb.

Please note, this first issue is only a trial issue and of low content.

The usual practice of many publications is: not to pay anything for material contributed, to accept publicity and to charge their clients a lot for their publication!

The Virtual-Naturism Magazine, because it does not charge a cent for its services, offers you the following:

All collaborators of the magazine, will receive in exchange, personal credits to their name. All companies, institutions or organizations who want to collaborate with the magazine by way of articles, will always be accredited by name, omitting any price details, any form of payment or any type of contact address.

All patrons or sponsors that pay their quota in cash and in advance, will be entitled to publicity in the introduction page (this same page) during one calendar month, entering in effect the first available month that Virtual-Naturism has free of any previous advertising commitments.
All these agreements will stay in affect while the contributed material is current, after the expire date of the issue where said material was published. We reserve the right of not maintaining or extending this agreement past the stated dates .

It shall be made known that all material sent to us through e-mail, other electronic means, postal mail, or other shipment means, automatically becomes our intellectual property together with any rights that one may find reserved or related with it.
By this, it is meant that you won't be able to make any physical reclamation (financial demands) to/against the Virtual-Naturism Magazine, for the material used, that you have sent to us freely, (which is dedicated for the exclusive use of The Virtual-Naturism Magazine), in any future moment after you have made the contribution shipment to us.


We cannot accept contributions of any material previously published in any other publication or electronic medium. If you cannot be directly accredited as the authentic author and owner of this material, by being named together or included with the said material contributed and published in our final work. This will avoid the competition claiming that said material has been stolen or copied by us without the legal owners consultation or the author's own permission.


All collaborators of Virtual-Naturism have a press identification card, which is non-transferable and it only credits them as such. These people do not have the right or status of passing as authorized representatives of the magazine. This type of representation is completely forbidden by the management of Virtual-Naturism Magazine, in the event of, or any knowledge of abuse of this rule, please contact the magazine.


It is taken as a matter of fact, that all contributions of photographic material or video images on behalf of the collaborators, are useable for publication. With useable, we understand that the permission of all people which are clearly identifiable in the images have been previously obtained by the magazine's collaborating photographers.


Virtual-Naturism Magazine cannot be held responsible if published material was not acquired without following these aforementioned rules. All responsibility lies totally with the contributing collaborator or photographer of the disputed material.


The Virtual-Naturism Magazine does not identify itself, or is it directly responsible for the opinions of its collaborators, personal behavior and neither with the content of its publicity or articles.
