Here is a penny for your thoughts.
During my years working in the naturists
business, I have come across many
views, ideas and I have met many fine people some
of which are indisputably
"Real True Naturists" and it is these
people I will be targeting in this
article. I will not point fingers, or do I
insinuate all are as I describe,
I will generalize and of course any coincidence
with any one living or dead,
is of course entirely coincidental. ( I say this
solely to save my .. ;-)
Let´s target a few of these fine people which
habitually or virtually only
exist on the net! and break down some holy
naturist ideology, shall we?
Some of these persons are rather tribal or
territorial although they exist
as naturists solely on the net! as few if any
have ever met them in real
life. they are the purest of Naturists, they can
do no wrong and preach a
clean and healthy attitude to naturism, laying
their own rules on how
literally everyone should behave at places where
one can enjoy the pleasures
of being nude (this refers mainly to outside
environments) in other words,
at any possible Naturist location where nudism or
naturism "call it what you
will!" can possibly be practiced. This
by far and large is either at nude
beaches or clubs.
Some of these rules are of course dictating to
others where they think it is
right to place a message and where it is not. I
wonder if Jesus gave any
such rules to his disciples? about where to
preach Christianity. May be,
they only preached to themselves in churches and
waited for curios
passer-by's to pop their heads in before
attempting to convert them? (as do
some of these net naturist citizens) Or did
they walk among the sinners and
preach the word of God? and so getting converts
that way. ( as do others)
Well! these people, it has been found out,
certainly preach one thing and
do another.
Would a corrupt preacher of one church, bad mouth
the preacher of another,
just because his hypocritical theology was not
practiced by his opponent? If
his opponent is more open, less judging against
others, would he not also be
crucified as happened with Jesus? Of course they
would try and crucify him,
but as much as these purists naturists have
tried, the king Herrod's of
today are no match for the truth.
Oh Yes! in the time of Jesus there also lived
many holy and righteous men,
all preaching one thing and doing mostly
something else, as time has shown
they were no match against truth either!
Some of these purists, continuously preach that
sex has nothing to do with
naturism. Are they right or wrong?
First we must study what Naturism is, so we can
get an answer, because I'm
dam sure we all know what sex is!
If Naturism has nothing to do with being natural,
the we can agree it has
nothing to do with sex, as sex is very
natural, according to the bible we
have God's own words and full consent: "Go
forth and multiply" The bible
mentions no sub paragraphs or sections to this
ruling of God at the time of
it being said. That came later!
But I am sure most will agree that Naturism gets
its name because of the
naturalness concept of being!
To be nude=Nudism, to be nude &
natural=Naturism is nudity and sex,
natural? yes but it is not naturism, right?
so if a dozen naturists were in
the nude while having a giant orgy, it would not
be naturism, but if they
were having a game of golf it would be! Is
this just because the poles and
balls change? or is it because of the immense
fear that most
naturists/nudists have of being labeled sex
perverts by the textile public!
and the naturist priests? and keepers of morals.
That must be the main reason why naturism is
a-sexual in any manner or
form! this is the main reason why there is such a
driving force behind this
ideal: to separate two natural things from their
common natural category.
Sex is a private affair, and should only be
practiced in private and
preferably behind closed doors so not to give
naturism/nudism a bad name!
YEAP! that's exactly the same message the church
and nearly every other
religion has been drumming into its followers
heads for centuries if not
millenniums.
HIDE! HIDE! HIDE! just like Adam and Eve,
give the worshipper something to
fear and you will have power over them! This is
how the high priest of
antiquity came to power, more recent examples of
this extraordinary
behavior is documented in our history books: The
Catholic church did it in
South American countries some 400 years ago,
their mission to clothe and
convert the savages, the Brits did the same in
Australia with the Aborigine
population. This kind of abuse on sexual and nude
freedom has been going on
for millenniums, as such some of what were in
their time the most advance
cultures on earth got to a ridiculous stage
(still in practice today!) where
some members of their sex can not even show one
inch of skin of their bodies
in public!
What I ask myself is this: do these (naturist
priests) realize that by taking
this conservative thinking and reinforcing it,
will it not lead to something
similar within the naturist community? The day
will come when just an
accidental brush with another naked body will be
considered sexual and
punishable. This extreme is unfortunately already
taken place today! what
with this child molestation hysteria our
society seems to be going through.
To me a naturist is a naturist, no matter his/her
current activity or where
they are. I am not endorsing anything here so
don't jump your guns, I am
just sick of the false pretense and image these
purists pour out, some are
obsessed with sex on public beaches, others if it
happens on private lands
and still others do nothing but talk about child
molesting continuously. Hey
can any one tell me if this obsession with sex is
natural? If it isn't, how
can they consider themselves naturists?
And then there are other people, those that do
not dwell on-line too much,
yet are very well known any how, due to the
powers of the far reaching
media.
I know a self acclaimed naturist, who I never
have seen nude! Preaches self
respect and to others, but generally stops at the
self bit.
Has many in his pocket, is an intelligent person
and calculating, A director
of a prosperous company living in one of the
poorest suburbs of his city. A
pathological liar & thief that has all in the
naturist world fooled!
I know a self acclaimed naturist, who I never
have seen nude! There are no
prices for guessing who this character is,
but who could discover such a
snake in the grass? only he that traveled from
afar by the lure of his
hypnotic call, he who woke up one morning and
realized where he found
himself just before being bitten.
I know a self acclaimed naturist, who I never
have seen nude! Naturists
are his family. That is for as long as he can use
them! Several other vipers
live in the same environment, They too have
little of the respect they so
much preach from their high pedestals, they too,
label themselves Naturists!
If this is what it is to be a Naturist, Then, I
am not one of these
repulsive things.
I know a self acclaimed naturist, who I never
have seen nude! Speaks badly
of his family & friends and has done wonders
with me to others. He will
promise you the world and ask a small favor in
return, do him the favor,
then one after the other and be patient, this is
a busy person, but when is
pay back time, your reply will be: Don't waste my
time! ( you have nothing
more to give! I am finished with you) What I'm I
to you? You may ask, the
answer will be: You are you. (you are nothing)
I know a self acclaimed naturist, who I never

Then across the bleak and stormy oceans I know of
another; if not two!
naturists!! They are poles apart and yet like the
poles so similar in kind.
Two loud unifying voices singing the same tune to
the same beat, like two
Siamese twins split apart by the mighty force of
the razor sharp high priest
staff and his virtual tribe. The pain and
scars take long to heal, they
stand tall & proud only the priest and tribe
like hyenas run and squeal.
All together fighting for one goal: total nude
freedom. Total nude freedom
will never come, because the priests of naturism
have cut its legs off! What
is desired is total natural freedom, the freedom
to be totally human, a
natural human as God intended.
So, Should sex be allowed as a public display
within a naturist environment?
It is not a question if it should be allowed or
not, but if it was? And all
naturists had this freedom what do you think
would happen? Complete and
utter chaos and orgies 24 hours a day? If you
think that then you are
clearlynot a naturist by far. What would happen
is in this respect: nothing!
Naturists, it is proven have far more respect for
themselves and others than
what the average textile has, bearing this in
mind would they not be
respectful and abstain from such activities
without it being imposed on
them?
Who squeals in horror at pecking in the back
row?? why should a similar act
raise such loud protests at the local nude beach?
what is it, these people
are scared of? their own and most intimate
fantasies? or do we use the " we
mustn't expose our children to it" routine?
No I suppose we mustn't, it is
best they stay at home and turn on the box, any
channel will do! and see all
the blood and violence that spews forth from it!
or better still, turn on
the playstation and really kick some ass! or blow
some country up, yep
violence, killing and war, is certainly
much more civilized than seeing
two people in love hugging and kissing on a
nudist beach!

promised and do some fishing and hunting,
(Meaning: I'll teach you how to
kill things for sport.)

(What he really meant to say is that his
daughter should not enjoy a natural and happy
life with the boy she loves,
instead she should be more like mum,, "One
of his objects to rule over and
use as needed") This tactic of using the
fear of god and morality, is solely
to strengthen and exercise his powers in the
household. much like leaders of
religions and state ministers do! even to
this day. Or even the priests of
the naturist movement! Who ever they may be????
Those were cons of naturism, what are the pros?
The pros are that we change it, we can stop
history repeating itself, if
only we listened to our hearts rather than the
voice of authority in what
ever form it may come in.
Anyone speaking for or and on behalf of any
"official" body, only wants
power.
Anyone speaking for or on behalf any company,
only wants your money.
Anyone one speaking as an individual, should be
heard and noted, listen then
to a thousand individuals and make your own mind
up, follow your heart.
Unfortunately too many people in power or
business are also unknowingly
confused about what naturism is and what it
should be.The very difficult
task is of course weeding out the good from all
the bad, when in doubt, just
follow your heart and leave them to it, you will
do the community a great
service just by following this simple rule.
Ever hear anyone say: that Java and Music were
not Naturism?
Well neither is jazz and the blues got anything
to do with religion, but it
sure is bringing folks and new converts into the
church! ALLELUIA! BROTHER!

El sol es un factor imprescindible para conservar
nuestra vitalidad,
juventud o recuperar la salud perdida.
La cura solar es uno de los medios más eficaces
dentro de la práctica
natural para restablecer la salud y energetizar
nuestro organismo,
estas curas solares tienen que ser aplicadas con
método si se desea
obtener óptimos beneficios.
El sol ejerce su acción beneficiosa por una
parte directamente en la
piel y por otra indirectamente sobre los demás
órganos del cuerpo.
Sobre la piel, porque ésta acumula energía
vital de reserva que luego
va cediendo al organismo vivificándolo en todas
sus funciones, el sol
en la piel forma la vitamina D y aumenta la
vitamina A, elimina el
ácido úrico y otras sustancias perturbadoras,
actúa sobre el
raquitismo, aumenta las defensas contra
microorganismos, todos
conocemos su acción anti-microbiana por
excelencia, disminuye la
capacidad de estos para reproducirse
eliminándolos finalmente.
El sol actúa como un poderoso excitante de todas
las funciones de la
piel y a través de ella mejora la circulación
de la sangre y la
respiración, estimula las funciones del sistema
nervioso y de la
nutrición y al actuar este sobre las
terminaciones nerviosas obra como
calmante de dolores nerviosos y algunas formas de
reumatismos. Las
terminaciones nerviosas de la piel son excitables
por la luz siendo un
poderoso tónico natural de los nervios y
estimulante de los centros
cerebrales. Después de las curas o exposiciones
al sol solemos
mostrarnos más alegres y optimistas.
Como tomar los baños de sol. Al exponer nuestro
cuerpo al sol debemos
de cubrir la cabeza con un sombrero que
transpire, por ejemplo de paja
o similar. Quien comienza los baños de sol
después de no haberlo
tomado durante mucho tiempo debe acostumbrarse
poco a poco, se
empezará el primer día una sesión de 10 a 15
minutos y se irá
aumentando de 5 a 10 minutos diariamente, según
la textura y la
capacidad de reacción de la piel en cada caso,
además debemos
hidratarnos adecuadamente bebiendo agua o zumos
de frutas, así como
ayudarnos de alguna crema con protección solar.
Si pretendemos oscurecer la piel en pocos días
provocaremos quemaduras
que deberemos atender debidamente e interrumpir
los baños solares, el
organismo necesita una adaptación progresiva a
la exposición solar.
En los niños comenzaremos por las piernas y
pocos minutos, si la piel
reacciona bien aumentaremos la exposición poco a
poco en tiempo y en
superficie corporal del bebé pero siempre
vigilando las reacciones de
su piel y la hidratación.
Los baños de sol han de ir seguidos de una
aplicación refrescante,
comenzando por la cabeza, friccionaremos después
los brazos y las
piernas, finalmente la espalda y el vientre.
Baños de sol en el vientre. Este baño conviene
especialmente en caso
de digestión débil, trastorno digestivos,
enfermedades crónicas del
estómago e intestinos, disminución del apetito
o anorexia, úlceras de
estómago e intestinos (excepto después de una
hemorragia), desarreglos
de la menstruación, enfermedades del hígado,
vejiga y vesícula,
cálculos de riñón, fístulas de ano, etc..
Después del baño de sol
hacer fricciones con agua templada a fría
durante 1 ó 2 minutos.
Siempre que existan úlceras tapar estas antes de
la exposición solar,
también debemos tener en cuenta si tomamos
medicamentos sus efectos
colaterales pues es muy común que muestren
fotosensibilización,
ocasionando a veces pruritos y erupciones.
La cura solar es una de las prácticas naturales
que nos ayudarán a
restablecer nuestra salud y a mantenerla,
teniendo en cuenta además
una alimentación sana, ejercicio diario y una
actividad mental
positiva y equilibrada.

Leyendo los mensajes antiguos de esta lista me he
encontrado con una duda.
Una cosa que me ha llamado la anteción es que se
suele comentar que en los
paises nórdicos (Noruega, Dinamarca, Suecia,
etc...) el desnudo no tiene
ningún problema y en los parques la gente toma
el sol sin ropa, el caso es
que nunca lo he visto, siempre que he leido o
visto reportajes sobre esos
paises, comentan que no tienen problema con el
desnudo y aparecen
fotografías de una chica en top-less y un hombre
sin camisa, pero no más
alla. Igual es un problema de la mente textil del
reportero o de lo que
entienden por desnudo, pero le pregunté a un
ciber-conocido que vivía por
Dinamarca como era eso, y el me dijo que nunca lo
había visto, nunca había
visto a nadie totalmente desnudo en los parques
tomando el sol, que en las
saunas la gente va desnuda, pero en los gimnasios
españoles también.
¿Alguien sabe algo de esto?

Ese mismo mensaje me hizo reír en cantidad! y ya que surge otra
vez lo tengo que contestar.
Yo estuve 11 años afincado en Dinamarca (El país aparentemente
más liberal de la tierra)!
Olvídate de lo que oyes, no es nada más que un puro mito, la
mayoría de la gente nórdica piensa igual acerca del nudismo que
los paisanos del sur.

También se hace mucha publicidad para vender ciertos productos,
los cuales en este ejemplo están relacionados con el país
Danés, siempre mencionando que Dinamarca es el paraíso
naturista, ya que no existen leyes sobre el nudismo y se puede
practicar virtualmente en cualquier sitio.
La constitución Danesa lo permite igualmente que la
Española, pero apenas se oye que España es el paraíso
naturista en ningún reportaje o publicidad, será que es debido
a que los americanos no tienen intereses comerciales en nuestro
país? o nosotros mismos no sabemos promocionar el naturismo con
tanto sensacionalismo.
El topless en países nórdicos es bastante aceptado tanto como
en nuestro país, la diferencia es mínima.
El pudor de la gente nórdica es igual a la del pueblo español.
La reacción paisana al encontrase con un nudista es igual que
aquí.
La reacción de las autoridades relacionada con temas naturistas
es más sensible y democrática, no ponen impedimentos ninguno
contra el. Muy en contrario a lo que se encuentra en este país!
Sinopsis: El sistema esta a favor del naturismo y funciona, la
mayoría de gente lamentablemente sigue tan retrasados como los
gerentes de Madrid! en aceptar el nudismo.

Aquí tenemos a la gran diferencia, hablando de publicidad que se
hace en estos países (por los nórdicos propios) el naturismo
siempre se trata en serio, nunca como hacen los medios de
comunicación en este país, tratando a los naturistas como
chiflados.
El sensacionalismo americano sobre el nudismo nórdico y el mito
que esto crea, esta dirigido con un solo fin, el vender un
producto!

Esta pregunta me la han echo cientos de veces, Y contesto otra
vez: que en el parque central de Copenhague encontraras tantos
nudistas tomando el sol que en el Parque del Retiro.

Con tanta playa que hay allí, parece absurdo que hagan tal
cosas, pero se puede ver de forma positiva.
No creo que sea por petición de los textiles, (ya que a
ellos les gusta mucho el poder mirar :-) ) si no, creo que es
indirectamente por petición de los naturistas! Los
naturistas quieren playas nudistas, a veces ocurre que los
ayuntamientos ceden unos espacios limitados para uso
naturista, (increíble, pero es verdad!).
Creo que esta ocasión, es una de ellas, y especialmente en
Valencia esto ocurrirá más frecuentemente en los próximos
años debido a presiones políticas por dos partidos
políticos y ANVA, en favor del desarrollo naturista en la
región.
Ellos (los ayuntamientos) ceden estos espacios con la única
manera que saben hacerlo, imponiendo fronteras, barreras,
letreros, vallas, dunas, etc. vamos así son los políticos y
la política en general, sin estos limites no tienen poder!
para dar, quitar o mandar.
Que bonito seria si en vez de poner limites: aquí sí, y
aquí no, lo hicieran con un simple estatuto:
"El naturismo se puede practicar libremente como es su
derecho en cualquier playa o zonas publicas de la
provincia/región/país con tal que los practicantes se
encuentren como mínimo de 100 metros de distancia a la más
cercana vivienda, población, o carretera nacional, ( a no
ser que esta esté señalada para uso naturista dentro de
estos limites) con la única condición que los practicantes
no actúen de forma sexualmente ofensiva hacia otros miembros
del publico."
Creéis que esto funcionara? Pues ya esta en funcionamiento
en un país europeo por bastantes años.
Por ahora el poner la vallas, es algo positivo, cuantas más
mejor, llegara un momento que no se necesitaran, y entonces
todo el litoral será totalmente y políticamente libre para
uso naturista, entonces solo quedara la opinión publica para
vencer.
España tiene varias y claras ventajas sobre otros países
europeos acerca del naturismo, la ley no lo prohibe, el clima
es ideal, el litoral excelente, espacios abiertos en
amplitud, miles de turistas lo exigen.
Si te parece que estas en una reserva, piensa otra vez, tu
estas libre y disfrutas de esa libertad totalmente, la
reserva aunque mucho más grande esta al otro lado de la
valla, el sitio donde la libertad de ser libre como Dios
manda no existe!
